Returns & Refunds

Because each shirt is printed specially for your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check our sizing tips in the FAQ before you order: our tees are a unisex fit, and if you like an oversized look, size up.

If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll fix it. You'll get a free reprint or a refund, your choice.

• Email us at office@tzedek.media within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order details and a photo showing the problem.
• We'll reply with next steps. You don't need to send the shirt back unless we ask.

If your package never arrives, contact us. After the carrier investigates, we will help you with a replacement. See Shipping for more.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.
